At Bienestar, we work directly with private owners and charge minimal commission. This allows us to often offer our accommodations at 30 to 50% less than standard prices on Marriott.com.
Absolutely. Your stay will be identical to that of someone who books through Marriott. You'll receive an official confirmation in your name, with access to all amenities, free Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping (in Europe and Thailand). So you'll simply enjoy a complete 5-star experience.
Because we work with fixed weeks set by owners, booked stays cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. If you unexpectedly have to cancel and you have paid in full, we will try to re-rent your week up to two months before arrival. If we succeed, we will refund 50% of the proceeds. We always recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
Absolutely! You can book multiple weeks in a row. For bookings of three weeks or more, we recommend contacting us.
After payment (100%), you'll receive an official Marriott confirmation in your name within a few days. You'll also be added to their reservation system, so you can check in and enjoy your stay worry-free.
Yes, you can always let us know your preferences, and we'll do our best to accommodate them with the resort. Please note that we can't guarantee anything – it's always a request.
Check-in is usually from 4:00 PM and we ask that you check out no later than 10:00 AM.
